The Roman Forum is properly one of the most impressive of all Rome’s ancient ruins and outlines the true glory of Rome in its heyday, a series of public squares built when the roman forum could no longer accommodate the needs of a fast-growing population. The first square to be erected was the forum of Julius Caesar and reconstructions of the square can be seen in many moves about him. This place is well worth a visit and we strongly recommend that you take one of the many guided tours available.
